About US

TBD MTL is a Montréal-based cultural project rooted in the city's independent arts community. Les Productions TBD is our registered nonprofit organization, and www.tbdmtl.com is its official website.

Our story began in Montréal's DIY music scene, from the basement shows and rehearsal spaces of The Bog to the multidisciplinary stage of The Diving Bell Social Club. For over a decade, we've worked alongside artists, musicians, performers, and cultural organizers to build spaces where creative communities can flourish.

Our mission is to support independent arts and culture by making room for the people who create it. We believe artists deserve accessible, well-equipped spaces to rehearse, collaborate, experiment, and share their work—and that communities thrive when they have places to come together around culture.

Today, we're developing the next chapter of that vision: a new home for artist studios, live performance, cultural production, and neighbourhood gathering. Inspired by the idea of third places, we want to create something that feels less like a traditional venue and more like an extension of the community itself.

Our website is intentionally minimal while this next chapter takes shape. There's more to come.
